Having grown up in Stamford, CT. Crissy was a member at Pure Barre Darien before becoming a teacher in 2023. When not at the Barre Crissy enjoys her time with her Daughter, cooking, and spending time with friends and family outdoors. Crissy’s happy place, besides the barre, is on Long Beach Island. Being able to take 50 minutes to focus on herself is Crissy’s favorite part of taking class. She is very passionate about making everyone feel stronger and more confident in every class she teaches.
