Brooke started her Pure Barre journey by taking classes in 2017 at the Harvard Square and Boston locations while in college. Brooke loves group fitness classes and as a marathon runner, low impact strength workouts are so important for her to maintain balance and prevent injury. When Brooke moved to CT, finding the nearest Pure Barre studio was at the top of her to do list! After dreaming of being an instructor for years Brooke started teaching in early 2024. Brooke is obsessed with the technique and as a teacher loves how rewarding it can be to watch the members challenge themselves and achieve their goals.
