Sigrid
Sigrid is a co-owner of Pure Barre Davis. She joined as a founding member before the studio opened and has been attending classes regularly ever since. Her favorite format is Define. She’s a morning person - the earlier the better! - and you can catch her at 6am class. She loves to stay busy. When she’s not at the barre she works full-time as an attorney and is mom to 3 kids. She coaches and referees youth soccer but also loves to be involved in the community, serving as the Vice President for the Davis Schools Foundation, and as a member of the City of Davis Unitrans Advisory Committee and the Yolo County Oversight Board. Sigrid grew up in Davis and went to UC Davis for undergrad and law school. One of her favorite things about Pure Barre is the community. She’s motivated by her classmates showing up and pushing themselves a little harder each time!
Sigrid teaches all formats - Classic, Empower, Reform, Align, Define, Foundations, and Intensives.
