A mom of 3, lifelong athlete, former cardio addict and management consultant, She found Pure Barre after a running-related injury in 2013 and has been hooked ever since. Having been part of the Pure Barre community at a variety of fitness levels including competitive marathoning and as part of her pregnancy routine, Cait loves how Pure Barre is able to present an attainable challenge for people at all stages of their fitness journey. She teaches all formats and encourages members to be present, find some mental toughness and leave feeling accomplished.
