Heather
Heather began taking Pure Barre classes in 2014 as a midday reprieve from her work as a corporate attorney and loved the mind/body connection each class provided as well as the challenging technique that had her feeling stronger and stronger with each class. Heather graduated from Boston College and Suffolk University Law School and is currently the Director of Legal Affairs at T-Mobile. Having raised her two daughters and looking for a change of pace in her downtime as an empty nester, she began teaching Pure Barre at the Falls Church studio from its opening day in 2017. Heather loves inspiring clients with her musical, motivating, and athletic style; and will leave you feeling sufficiently worn out, and challenged but empowered! Heather teaches all three formats of Pure Barre with Empower being a favorite, so be sure to check out her classes (maybe get a hug from her Goldendoodle Frankie too) and leave the studio with a smile.
