Amy R
Amy R. has taught at Pure Barre Falls Church since it opened in 2017. It has been an incredible joy and honor to see the PBFC community grow over the past few years. She teaches Classic, Empower, Align, Foundations, and Reform. She found Barre about 10 years ago when her mom started teaching Barre and she was immediately hooked! At the time, Amy was running and Barre was the perfect compliment to improve flexibility and increase strength. Outside of the studio, she likes to take walks with her husband, toddler, and dog and read thrillers and mysteries. She is a graduate of the University of Texas (Hook 'Em Horns!). During football season you can find her watching Texas football with her family.
