What year and how were you introduced to PB?
In 2017 I was in search of a teaching job and Pure Barre was what was available at the time
What inspired you to become a teacher?
The public speaking aspect of it. I’ve been trained to move my body for several years but to communicate it clearly and be able to share it with others inspired me to pursue it further
What is your favorite format or body part to teach?
I love teaching classic, it’s everything you need
What would you say to someone who is brand-new to PB?
Keep going, I am a physical example of what it can do for your body and posture with consistency. Pure barre is all I have done for the past 6 years and I trust it.
