Catherine’s fitness journey began with a sporty family life before jumping into the aerobic scene in the 80’s as a young adult. She taught yoga in the 90’s and spent many years in the Boston area exploring tai chi, Pilates, weight lifting, and ballroom dance. She found a new fitness home with Pure Barre where the workouts incorporate aspects of them all to a great playlist. She is passionate about how class offerings are low impact, cortisol friendly, and are exceptional for any age. She is a professional nanny and children’s music educator by day, and in her spare time you’ll find her on a dance floor, singing in a choir, working on another art project, or playing the Celtic harp.
