Meet Sofia! Sofia began her Pure Barre Journey in 2022 and has been teaching since 2023. You'll find her on the schedule for those early 6am classes, but don't be fooled - she brings energy to the class even before the sun comes up. When she's not on the mic, Sofia enjoys taking class from her fellow instructors and spending time with friends and family. Sofia's favorite part about pure barre is the overwhelming sense of community you feel as soon as you enter the studio; everyone is always happy to be there!
