I met G & Tina through a mutual friend and current member (Angie H.) that took my Pilates classes at GCC. My first Pure Barre class experience was at Panera Bread on Lawndaleโฆthe back of the chair was the โbarreโ (T & G leading, of course)! I was the first teacher at PBG (besides G & Tina) & I fell in love immediately with the pure barre method partly because of the Pilates based core work (my background is in Pilates/Yoga) and mostly because of G & Tinaโs excitement & love for Pure Barre that was so positive & energetic!!!

I love the clients & the staff! The exercise is needed & desiredโฆbut the People are what make up PBG & what have made it such a phenomenal uplifting and supportive communityโฆwhich all started from day ONE with G & Tinaโs energy, excitement & devotion to you all, the staff & their love for our community!

I love every SINGLE part of class (But..I do often roll my eyes during seat work because itโs a love/hate relationshipโฆwhich is why you see me sometimes closing my eyes instead..ha) โฆwhich is why my classes tend to be TO THE minuteโฆor just a minute or two longer than some!

Iโm also a full time Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist! I love people of all ages & teaching classes/working out is my hobbyโฆmy mental break. My love for movement & exercise began in college. Iโve been teaching and training group exercise classes for 28 years!
