Lauren C.
Lauren grew up in Austin, but has called Houston home since 2005 when she moved here to attend the University of Houston. After spending 4 years on the U of H Dance Team followed by 2 years dancing for the Houston Rockets, she found Pure Barre in 2014 and has taken & taught classes ever since. When she’s not teaching Pure Barre, she is running her calligraphy business & hanging out with her husband & twin boys.
