“Alyssa was born and raised in Long Beach. She started dancing in a studio, joined her high school dance team, and ended up being part of a competitive dance crew at UC Irvine. After graduating, she went straight to pharmacy school at The University of New Mexico. Alyssa took her first Pure Barre class over there and was hooked! The workout was so effective, challenging, and fun. She earned her doctorate degree and then became a Pure Barre instructor. Eventually, she moved back to Long Beach and joined the PBOC team. Alyssa enjoys the technique, the moves, and the community! She can’t wait to LTB with you soon!”
