Elisha P.
Elisha has been teaching Pure Barre since 2019. After becoming a member at Pure Barre - Sacramento, Elisha fell in love with the community, the challenge to continue to push herself to do hard things, and the overall workout. Pure Barre was truly unlike anything she had ever experienced before in fitness. Pure Barre has been such a positive in Elisha’s life, and gives her that 50 minutes a day to truly focus on herself and escape the outside world. Outside of Pure Barre, Elisha can be found hanging out with her husband, her daughter, Eliza, and animals, Charlie and Zaree. She loves to take walks, watch sports, read, and enjoy the sunshine. She also loves Disney! Elisha cannot wait to welcome you to Pure Barre and show you all there is to love about PB!
