Howdy! My name is Lauren and I am a graduate from Texas A&M University with a B.S. in Kinesiology Dance-Science currently studying to be a PTA in the Blinn PTA program! (WHOOP) I am originally from The Woodlands, TX and competitively danced for over 12 years before moving to College Station and joining the TAMU Dance Program. Fitness has always been a huge part of my life and after my dance days ended I knew I needed to find something to keep me healthy and accountable. Thankfully I was introduced to Pure Barre and fell in love with it just after my first class. I fell in love with the Pure Barre technique because it reminds me of my dance days that I miss so dearly. Shortly after finding Pure Barre I became a barre-tender and not much longer after that I was blessed to be able to become an instructor! I am so incredibly blessed and thankful to also be a part of the Pure Barre Kingwood team! There is nothing like our Pure Barre family! Come take class with me, I am excited to workout with you!
