Lauren
Lauren found her love for Pure Barre in 2018 when she was a sales associate at the Apple Valley location. She immediately fell in love with the community, challenge, and confidence it brought her every class. Lauren got her Bachelors in Exercise Science and loves sharing her passion for wellness. When Lauren is not on the mic or at her day job as a trainer who works with spinal cord injuries, she can be found spending time with family on the lake, trying new restaurants, or having game nights with friends. Lauren is so excited to challenge you each and every class. She teaches the Classic format. Find her on the schedule!
