Emily is a professional dancer and dance teacher. She is certified in ALL Pure Barre formats and has taught in NY, NJ, CT, and MA. Emily is very excited to teach all Pure Barre Mount Kisco and Danbury Barre-stars! Her favorite formats are Define and Empower because they give the practical strength she needs in all aspect of her life as well as the cardiovascular workout that is important for overall health and stamina!
