Krissy grew up in Nashua and started cheerleading at 7 which she continued doing all through high school. When she graduated she attended esthetics school and spent several years as a makeup artist, specifically focusing on bridal makeup. She took her first pure barre class in 2015 and fell in love with the workout and community right away! She loves spending her time traveling New England with her husband and two year old son.
