Crystal started her Pure Barre journey in 2015 in Northern VA as a member. Her passion for the technique and the community pushed her to become an instructor in 2017 and then an owner in 2018. While she's lived all over the country, she is a proud Hampton/Newport News native and graduated from Christopher Newport University. When she is not in the studio, she's probably spending time with her family, traveling for work or pleasure, or reading. In addition to her passion for Pure Barre, Crystal is also a policy advocate and is often in Washington, D.C. on Capitol Hill advocating for affordable housing for all.
