Meet Amanda! Amanda took her first Pure Barre class in December of 2022 and it took no time for her to fall in love with the technique which led her to joining our teaching team in early 2023! When she’s not sneaking in a Classic or Empower class for herself, you can find her either working in the lab processing genetic samples or with patients at an Urgent Care- she loves all things science and health-related! When asked what her favorite thing about teaching Pure Barre was, she said “I love teaching barre because I know that we all have one goal- to leave a better version of ourselves. Barre meets us wherever we are at and I love that as a teacher, I can encourage people to do what feels best in their own body even though the rest of the world wants us to compare our best to someone else’s.” Catch Amanda on the mic teaching our Classic class at our Northborough and West Concord studios!
