Helene
Helene (pronounced “L.N.”) is from Sonoma County and calls Petaluma home. She’s been a dancer her whole life, dancing her way through college and teaching ballet. Her passion for holistic health and fitness led her to complete her Personal Training Certification through ACSM and an Integrative Health Coaching program. What she enjoys most about being a Pure Barre instructor are the moments in class when everyone is in a flow state - being connected to our bodies, the music, and quieting our minds to be present, connected and grateful for it all. Helene also enjoys cooking at home, a good happy hour, traveling with her husband, and seeking out local live music, especially if it’s dance-worthy!
