Barre fitness healed me from a dance injury, helping to stabilize all the muscles around the joint. I enjoy Pure Barre so very much because you never “arrive.” It is a continual challenge to go deeper into the form or technique. My favorite part of being an instructor is to witness clients increase in strength, meeting and even exceeding their own goals! Some fun facts about me - I am a fan and independent student of natural health, I classically homeschool my kids, and I love Japanese food!
