As a client for over a year with 200 classes under her belt, Monic experienced firsthand the anxiety-relieving benefits of barre workouts. With a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, Monic aims to create a safe and uplifting space for her clients to grow and thrive. When Monic isn't leading barre classes, you can find her exploring different modalities of wellness and spreading her knowledge of sound healing. Monic's goal as an instructor is to empower others to embrace their inner strength, both physically and mentally, creating a positive and uplifting environment where clients can thrive.
