Carmel has been teaching Pure Barre since 2014 and is an amazing teacher. She gives everyone who comes to take her class a challenging and rewarding experience. Beyond her ability to teach an amazing class, Carmel has worked hard to cultivate a community that makes us feel safe, supported, and strong.
