I started taking classes at Pure Barre Swampscott in February 2023, but have been doing barre since 2016. I love how Pure Barre challenges me in so many different ways, while still remaining low impact. I also love the amazing and supportive community we have! My favorite format to take is Empower because it combines all the things I love about traditional barre, plus a sprinkle of cardio. I love to teach Classic because that format is what I first fell in love with and I am excited to help others find their love for it too! Outside of the studio, I enjoy reading, a good true crime podcast, and exploring the North Shore!
