T is a Southern Cali girl that grew up playing sports and dancing, and has always had a particular love for ballet. She found herself searching for something similar after high school which led her to the practice of barre, yoga, and pilates, and after years of practice, finally decided to obtain her yoga and barre certifications. T has a Bachelor's degree from the University of La Verne in Liberal Studies and Education, and has experience across the board due to her many interests including mental health. T lives in the OC and loves her blended family of 4 girls! Pure Barre has connected her to a community where she can share her passion of health and fitness with others, and currently teaches Classic and Align.
