Hi friends! My name is Olivia Sheir and I've been teaching at Pure Barre DC since April 2022, mostly at the Capitol Hill studio. I currently teach Classic and Empower - and have to say Empower is my favorite format to take and teach! I love that each class challenges you in a different way, and that you can cross-train by taking all Pure Barre formats. Pure Barre has challenged my mental toughness as well as my physical abilities, and I am so grateful to be able to move my body and improve my strength in every class. The Pure Barre DC family + clients mean so much to me and I can't imagine my life without it.
