Amanda came to Pure Barre in 2018 when she was looking for an effective alternative to her old running routine. She wanted to stay fit and healthy without compromising the safety of her joints, and needed a workout that she enjoyed enough to make it a consistent part of her typical week. After a few classes, Amanda was a Pure Barre fanatic! She loved how the workout challenged her muscles in different ways each day, forcing her to forget about everything else and focus on herself. As a Pure Barre instructor, Amanda understands that each person in the room is different, and that each day feels different than the one before. Her priority is to guide you through the very best 50 minutes of your day - no matter what kind of day you’re having!
