Lauren's sister-in-law took her to my first Pure Barre class in early 2018 and she was immediately hooked! After only taking classes for a short period of time Lauren knew she wanted to be an instructor, and started teaching in July 2018. There are so many things Lauren loves about about Pure Barre, but she loves teaching it to help others achieve their goals and become their strongest selves.
