Lydia T.
Lydia originally hails from Tacoma, WA, having lived in Denver a few years before moving to Wichita in 2022. She recently launched her new business with her wife: Handy Women of Wichita, and previously worked in the staffing industry. Lydia has always found joy in dance and fitness; She began ballet training at age 5 and has performed locally and internationally. Lydia was drawn to Pure Barre due to the unique form of exercise and finds it's suitable for people from all levels of fitness. She's excited to continue to build community in Wichita and help folks feel empowered through Pure Barre classes.
