Lena spun with Color guards starting in middle school and spinning with the University of Alabama. When Lena moved down to Orlando, she was looking for a workout with Colorguard elements. Lena found Pure Barre, and the rest is history. Lena has been taking classes for a year and a half. Lena just became a teacher in July of 2022 and is looking forward to lifting tone and burn for years to come!
