Courtney is our Lead Instructor! She has been taking classes since 2016 and has been teaching for 5 years. She started taking classes because a friend of hers was an instructor and thought she’d really love the classes, and she was right! Courtney has been hooked ever since! She loves taking classes because she is constantly surprising herself and challenging herself to hold a position just a little longer than last time. It is so empowering! Her favorite thing about teaching is seeing the “Aha” moments in the clients’ faces when they really begin to understand the movements, and the joy when they complete a really challenging class. Courtney absolutely loves Halloween! Every October she does 31 days of Halloween complete with daily costumes!
