Born and raised in Frederick, MD I grew up in the dance and cheer world. I struggled for years to find a workout to challenge and strengthen me the way being an all-star athlete did- until I tried Pure Barre. I am so proud and excited to not only be the owner of Pure Barre Frederick and Pure Barre Viera, but be able to challenge all my clients as much as all my instructors challenged me!
