Kiersten has been teaching Pure Barre since the end of 2020 and is now certified to teach all formats. She feels fortunate to teach and witness the strength of so many amazing individuals and loves supporting and seeing them get stronger with every class! She fell in love with Pure Barre because of the customizable aspect in which you can truly make each class your own, as well as the fact that it is one of the only workouts that is low impact enough on her joints outside of dance and performing. Kiersten has been involved in the performing arts from a young age and has taught, choreographed and performed professionally around the DMV area while having the privilege to teach and manage at Pure Barre Frederick. She is extremely thankful for the PBF Fam and hopes to see you at the Barre soon!
