Kelsey O.
Kelsey grew up in Columbia, MO and is a Tiger through and through. She received both her BSW and M.Ed. from the University of Missouri and she actually started taking (and falling in love with) Pure Bare in Columbia in 2016. Since she did not grow up dancing, Kelsey was pretty nervous to try her first class, but she was hooked immediately and the rest is history! Originally, she used Pure Barre as a great cross-training option for her running, but now it is her favorite go-to workout and she cannot imagine her life with out it. Kelsey moved to KC in 2018 and was so excited to find PBZR and the strong community Michelle and all of the other teachers had cultivated. She went to teacher training in 2020 and has been teaching since! Outside of the studio, Kelsey works in higher education and loves spending time with her husband (Dan), daughter (Ollie), and her two pups (Nyx & Rizzo).
