Trina
Trina grew up in Wichita, KS and attended Wichita State University. Pure Barre came into her life in mid-2020 when she was looking for a safe, effective, and community-based workout. Trina has taught various types of fitness classes over the years, but when there was a chance to join the amazing team at Pure Barre, she was ecstatic. Classic is her favorite class, but Reform is a close second. Teaching at Pure Barre provides her an opportunity to help others feel like their best selves. The community aspect of our studios is what drove her to want to become an instructor. Trina also works full time for a locally owned bank in downtown Kansas City, MO. She enjoys spending time with her husband, step-son and their sweet dog, Mose (yes he’s names after the character from The Office). When she’s not working or teaching you can find her taking class, reading, or, in the summertime, soaking up the sun.
