Skylar
Born and raised in Kansas City, Skylar’s Pure Barre journey started in 2018 after graduating from the University of Missouri. Skylar received her Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing and decided to move back to Kansas City to start her career as a NICU nurse at Children’s Mercy. After discovering Pure Barre, Skylar quickly fell in love with the workout and began teaching in June of 2018. Skylar’s favorite thing to share about Pure Barre is the sense of community created within the studio. Every client is motivated to work hard, show up, and be the best version of themselves and Skylar couldn’t be more grateful to surround herself with these impactful clients. The workout is great, but the people are even better.
Being a Kansas City native, Skylar gets the honor of cheering for her hometown football team, the Kansas City Chiefs. Skylar is a 3rd year Kansas City Chiefs cheerleader and can’t wait to cheer them on to another Super Bowl win!
