The Pure Barre royalty fee is 7% of gross sales. The marketing fee is 2% of gross sales.
What is the initial start up cost?
The estimated initial investment is $265,330 - $418,980 (which includes the franchise fee), see item 7 of the 2024 FDD, plus the real estate cost of leasing or purchasing a site. Note: If you are in one of the five boroughs of New York City, your initial investment may be higher than the range represented above. Please contact us for more information.
