Jessica is a proud New Englander, and after serving honorably in the US Army for six years, she settled in Maryland. For over a decade she worked in Washington, DC advocating for at-risk families, then decided to shift her focus and follow her love for fitness. Jessica was an avid runner and developed an injury while training for a marathon. It was then that she discovered Pure Barre, and was immediately hooked on the low-impact, high-intensity, full-body workout. After being a client for three years, she wanted to share her passion and become an instructor. Jessica is excited to be part of the team and help clients find their inner strength through this unique workout.
