Bailey took her first Pure Barre class almost 14 years ago. From the moment she heard “Embrace the Shake,” she was hooked. In 2017, 6 months postpartum with her first son she decided to share her passion with others and become a teacher. She continued her teaching career through another pregnancy in 2018. Her favorite part about being a teacher is reminding each client that they wear a crown on their head and that they can do this whether it’s with a modification or a challenge. Everyone is stronger than they think. Pure Barre is not only about the workout but about so much more and she loves sharing it with others. When she is not teaching, she can be found with my family.
