Betsy is a Colorado native and grew up in Golden. She graduated from the University of Denver and is passionate about living life 100%. ➡️ “My love affair with Pure Barre began as a client in February 2016. In my first class I thought, ‘OMG, my thighs are on 🔥!!!’ From there, each class made my mind and body stronger.” Betsy is a well-seasoned teacher in every format, her favorite being Empower for its quick pace and high-energy. Since her start in 2019, she’s taught over 2000 classes between 6 studios in Colorado and around the US. Her aim as a teacher is to offer a comprehensive, accessible, and challenging experience every single time. When she’s not teaching, Betsy loves to eat and explore Denver, binge watch Criminal Minds or reality TV, and design graphics, animations, illustrations, logos, and more.
