Lo

Lo is originally from Elmhurst Illinois but has been in the Colorado area for the last 5 years. Her family is now located in Steamboat Springs where she loves to ski and hike with family and friends. She recently graduated from The University of Colorado Boulder with a degree in Communications and a minor in Media Studies. From a young age she was heavily involved in competitive dance and has not stopped since! She grew up competing for her studio, high school and college team. Currently, she is pursuing this passion at a professional level by being a Denver Broncos Cheerleader! Aside from dance, Lo has always loved personal fitness and developing her mind body connection. She loves Pure Barre because it focuses on proper form and targets muscle groups that are beneficial for her career. She is thrilled to be a part of the supportive Pure Barre community and add to the encouraging space for people to reach there goals! Lo can't wait to build relationships with clients and provide a motivating class where everyone can lift, tone, and burn!
