Lauren started at PBHR as a client and quickly fell in love with the workout, community, and the challenges, both physically and mentally. Lauren has now been teaching Pure Barre for about a year and a half and loves the deeper relationship it’s brought to her practice. Lauren lives near beautiful Downtown Littleton with her husband Carson, son Graham, and golden retriever Sugaree.
