Denise was born and raised in Colorado. A dance career led her to Pure Barre back in 2010. She fell in love with PB right away and instantly knew teaching was her path. Pure Barre bridged her passion for dance, fitness, and community like nothing else. 12 years of teaching later, she still calls Pure Barre one of her greatest loves. Right up there with her 2 sweet kiddos, husband, and pup! When she's not in the studio, Denise is teaching dance, hanging with family, or enjoying all that Colorado has to offer.
