Krystina
Krystina grew up in Huntsville, AL and graduated from the University of Alabama in 2020 with a B.A. in Communicative Sciences and Disorders and Psychology. She began taking Pure Barre classes at the Huntsville Studio during her junior year of High School in 2014 and quickly fell in love with the technique and atmosphere. Throughout her time at the University of Alabama, Krystina continued to take Pure Barre classes, one thing that remained consistent for her after moving away from home. During her junior year in 2018, she went to Pure Barre training where she developed a deeper understanding and love for the Pure Barre Technique. Since then, Krystina has had the unique opportunity to train one-on-one with Master Teacher Trainers, which has aided in evolving her teaching perspective. Krystina whole-heartedly believes in the intentionality of the Pure Barre technique and is inspired daily by the strength of clients of all backgrounds. Krystina’s goal through teaching Pure Barre is to leave client’s better than when they walked through the door. Outside of Pure Barre, Krystina is the Aesthetics Manager at Women4Women OBGYN where she oversees growth, development, and operations for the Aesthetics practice. In her free time, Krystina enjoys walking, spending time with friends and family, and cooking.
