Chrissy
Chrissy was born and raised in southern California. She grew up as an avid competitive swimmer and exercise has been an integral part of her life. Chrissy dedicated 16 years to elementary teaching in Capistrano Unified. When she took her first Pure Barre class, she was completely addicted. The musically driven workout, the one hour mental escape from everyday stress and the increase of her strength and flexibility, was the perfect combination. After two years of Pure Barre and a couple jean sizes smaller, Chrissy decided to combine her passion for barre and her love of teaching to become an instructor. The Pure Barre lifestyle has been so inspirational she wants to “pay it forward” by sharing her love, enthusiasm and experience with clients. Chrissy is a business owner of Next Chapter College Counseling and currently resides in Ladera Ranch with her husband and two daughters.
