Meet Cara! Cara has been teaching since 2014 and is now the Lead Teacher at PBNBT! She holds degrees in both Exercise Science and Physical Therapy and is trained in all of our class formats. Outside of the barre, she works as a Pediatric Physical Therapy Assistant at the Beverly School for the Deaf, working primarily with children ages 3-22 in a school-based setting, helping them achieve their functional goals. Her favorite thing about teaching Pure Barre is watching the clients celebrate their milestones while finding an exercise routine that makes them feel both mentally and physically accomplished.
