Lauren H.
Born and raised in (appropriately) Howell, NJ, Lauren spent most of her childhood active in dance and soccer. After graduating Rutgers University with a Bachelors in English and a Masters in Education, she yearned for finding something to fill her tapping shoes in the evenings. Eventually, Lauren found Pure Barre Manalapan and became hooked. On the day of her 100th class, she made the switch to become the one behind the mic, encouraging all that come to tuck to work their hardest. She is a firm believer in “practice makes progress”. When she isn’t counting you through your Final 10, Lauren is teaching middle school Language Arts and pretending to be a Disney princess. She is always ready and willing to help clients find their love of the LTB!
