Susan B.

Susan is a Midwesterner at heart but now lives in the suburbs of New Jersey. After graduating from Iowa State University, she lived in Chicago for a year and then moved to NYC. There she worked for several years as a Vice President and Manager in the financial services industry. During this time, Susan could not shake the idea that she wanted more. Having always wanted to run her own business, she left the industry to pursue her dream but was uncertain which path to take. From the time she was a young girl, she had always been active in various sports. Throughout high school she participated in varsity sports including volleyball, basketball, and softball, earning her many honors and awards. Susan was also a student of dance for nine years and took many honors at competitions. All of these activities in her early years resulted in her passion for fitness, but it wasn’t until she took a class at a Pure Barre studio in Westfield, NJ that she realized it was exactly what she was looking for. She instantly fell in love with the technique and knew she had found her calling to lift, tone, and burn. Susan is very excited to continue to bring Pure Barre to Manalapan, NJ and to be working with her partner Betsy Tracy. Her passion and energy is contagious behind the mic and she cannot wait to have you in her class! LET’S GO LET’S GO LET’S GO!
