Hi there, I'm Caity Kruse, and my passion lies in group fitness classes and the incredible sense of community they bring. Having taught various group fitness classes before, I craved something that honed in on form and hands-on corrections. Enter Barre – it was like a perfect match for my mind and body. The victories have been countless! Barre has been a game-changer for tackling those everyday sore joints. Through proper form and adjustments, I've seen my hips and knees grow stronger, leading to fewer aches and pains. Plus, I've gained remarkable flexibility. I couldn't have imagined myself in a split stretch before Pure Barre. Narrowing it down to just three things I adore about Pure Barre is a challenge, but here they are: 1.
