Denise

Denise Fritts was born and raised in Orange County. She fell in love with dance at age 9 and danced competitively throughout her childhood. She earned a BA in psychology and minor in dance from Cal Poly Pomona and then went on to receive an MA in clinical psychology from Pepperdine University. Upon being introduced to Pure Barre she knew right away she wanted to get more involved and become an instructor. Denise loves the compliment of being a Pure Barre instructor with her job as a therapist. She enjoys getting to support and empower people to become the best version of themselves through both avenues. When she's not working you can find her spending time with her sorority sisters, at the beach or attending country concerts. Denise loves the technique and challenge of Pure Barre and hopes to share her passion for fitness with clients.
